Min Yan

Min Yan is a dedicated piano teacher with Grade 8 certifications in Performance and Theory from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). With over 7 years of teaching experience, her main goal is to help students find joy in playing the piano and develop a long-term passion, regardless of their age. Her students are actively performing in various concerts and also receive certification for their achievements. 

She believes in exploring a wide range of musical pieces to help students discover new favourites, which she sees as vital for their continuous growth. In her teaching, she focuses on the technical aspects of playing. This method includes technical scales, sight-reading, and listening skills to ensure that students can express themselves with the necessary technique. On the other than , she also enjoys nurturing her students' creativity and helping them express themselves through music.
