Teacher Hui Ying holds Grade 8 certifications in Piano from both Trinity College London and ABRSM, and is currently preparing for her ATCL Diploma.
She has achieved notable recognition through her participation in international piano competitions, including receiving a Gold Award at the KAE 5th E-Artium International Piano Competition and a Top 3 Gold Award at the Hong Kong International Piano Grand Prix Competition in 2026.
Teacher Hui Ying believes that creating a patient and encouraging learning environment in her piano class where every student can progress at their own pace. She takes time to understand each student’s individual goals and adapts her lessons accordingly, combining practical piano skills with essential music theory to build a strong musical foundation. Through constructive feedback and consistent encouragement, she aims to help students develop confidence and a lasting enjoyment of music.
