Teacher Lih Wen holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons.) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), a Trinity College ATCL Diploma, and ABRSM Grade 8 certifications in both Piano Performance and Music Theory. With experience in solo, ensemble, and orchestral performance, she brings a well rounded musical background to her piano class, combining strong technical foundations with practical performance experience.
She was selected to participate in a piano masterclass with renowned pianist and educator Dr. Tara Filenko, and performed as a cellist at the Malaysia International Youth Accordion Festival in 2024. She also served as a piano accompanist for the community music project “Melodies of Mine” in 2024.
Teacher Lih Wen believes in building strong musical foundations through structured yet enjoyable lessons. She encourages students to develop confidence, creativity, and musical expression while creating a supportive learning environment. By adapting her approach to each student’s individual pace, interests, and goals, she aims to help every student grow as a confident and expressive musician.
