Rachel

Rachel Chia has been a dedicated piano and vocal instructor for nearly 10 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music from UCSI University in 2016 and has also served as a church music director for over 5 years.

She aims to instill a lifelong love and appreciation for music in all her students. Her teaching philosophy focuses on starting the cultivation of musician and vocalist skills from the beginning. She ensures that all her students have the opportunity to perform on stage as soon as possible.

Her teaching approach blends technical expertise with creative exploration, offering personalized instruction tailored to each student's unique goals and abilities. She emphasizes proper breathing, vocal placement, and resonance techniques for singers, along with a solid foundation in music theory, sight-reading skills, and technical proficiency for pianists.
